Came in at 28weeks pregnant experiencing neck/shoulder and hip discomfort and left feeling much better. Despite me being nervous it was a very enjoyable experience and I’m excited to come back. (July 30, 2023, 11:14 am)I started going to Health First Chiropractor and seeing Dr. Carr when I was about 32 weeks pregnant. I was having hip pain, lower back pain, and my sciatica was starting to act up. After only a couple sessions, I felt relief and was able to move around better. Dr. Carr explained everything to me and was clearly very knowledgeable about chiropractic care for pregnant women. I had been hesitant to go at first but so glad I did. My body felt so much better and the adjustments were geared towards my needs and gentle but no less effective! I had my daughter a little over a week ago and only pushed 4 times for 15 minutes. When I had my first child, I pushed for 4 hours. I am convinced that chiropractic care helped me achieve proper body alignment for a faster and better labor! I am still going to Dr. Care postpartum now to continue to feel my best and help my body stay in its best shape so I can rock, lift, and carry my daughter (and my toddler) around without pain! Highly recommend this practice!

(July 6, 2023, 2:26 pm)I started going when I was around 34 weeks pregnant to try and help flip my breech baby. They certify in the Webster Technique, which not many chiropractors do. I saw Dr. Carr for most of my visits and after my second visit, my baby flipped. I continued going throughout the rest of my pregnancy and I swear my labor went as smooth as it did because of it. I will forever recommend this place to everyone I know.

(July 3, 2023, 1:31 pm)My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Jay for several years. I had a flare up of neck and lower back pain this weekend. I was able to make a website appointment and the first thing this morning was able to obtain considerable relief. As in the past, l anticipate that after a few more treatments that my discomfort and pain will be elevated!

(June 27, 2023, 12:06 pm)Always a great experience. Both Dr J and Dr Carr take time to explain and are open to your questions. You leave feeling better and often more informed. Even my 2 year old granddaughter loves going and said they fixed her ears! Highly recommend.
