  I had a instructional visit with Laura at the Kings Highway East Office in Fairfield!
  
  I could not have had a Better Helper than Laura! She took the time to go over my new equipment and all the features so that I understood how the machine worked and how it differed from my old equipment! My experience with Laura made me feel comfortable to use the equipment tonight without any questions or concerns!!

  The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk with when I came into your facility. Sheryl and Ellen were professional and had a welcoming smile on their faces!
  My visit with Kevin was excellent! He was very patient and calm during the entire procedure in explaining everything including Medicare, use of the machine, demonstrating the workings of machine and making sure I understood the process. This helped me to calm down myself as I was very nervous and anxious in the beginning of our visit! Kevin also asked for my feedback and any questions I had throughout our visit. When it was time to select a mask and try it out, again Kevin was there to guide me! I believe Kevin, Sheryl and Ellen are great assets to AdaptHealth!! I look forward to working with AdaptHealth for my medical equipment. Thank you very much for a positive experience!

  Juliette not only was an amazing help but was kind, compassionate and wildly intelligent. I hope this company does everything humanly possible to keep her on their team. I highly recommend Juliette specifically if anyone has ability to choose who they make appointments with. I didn't meet any other staff and don't need to. She made a nerve wracking experience into an educational, illuminating and calming experience.
