  When I signed up to take Reiki 2 with Teresa, I had no idea how profound the experience would be for me. She cares so much and takes time to be thoughtful so that her Reiki students leave with as much knowledge and experience as possible. She has an open line of communication and is incredibly helpful with any questions and concerns leading up to and following the attunement. The same can be said about my Reiki 1 attunement (also led by Teresa.)
  
  After having Reiki from Teresa, I feel so much lighter, and I have so much more energy. This feeling lasts for weeks after my session. She is very genuine, and the environment of her studio and room is serene and calming. She’s a fantastic healer!
  
  Whether you want to receive Reiki healing or learn to be a Reiki healer, Teresa is the one for you!!! I’m grateful to call her my healer, teacher, and mentor!

  Teresa is an absolute joy to work with. I had my first experience at Healing Touch Reiki with a small group of women and quickly returned with my husband. With previously no experience in this practice, she introduced me seamlessly in a way that felt warm and welcoming. She is engaging, informative and kind - a true gem of a business in our town.   Teresa is an intuitive healer. I always feel lighter, calmer and more present after her sessions. If you have never tried reiki - just try one session - you will feel the difference! Highly recommend Teresa and her warm energy and spirit. After the reiki session, Teresa shares what she experienced and what was released. You choose a card with a theme. So lots of opportunity for rest AND reflection. A beautiful, safe space. Thank you, Teresa!

  A loyal customer and fan of both Reiki and massage offerings at the welcoming and calming Healing Touch center in Ridgefield. I highly recommend the experience to anyone needing to regroup mentally and relax physically. Stress is left behind as you walk out the door!
  Not only do I book weekly sessions there but also enjoy checking out the items on display for sale, from jewelry to crystals and varieties of aromatherapy scents.

  I began Reiki sessions 1 year ago. Working with Teresa is always a peaceful pleasure. Sessions are a wonderful break from busy days and provide the chance to rest, relax, and learn more about my spiritual journey.
  
  As well, I had the honor of hand painting HTR's welcoming signage in 2021. So much fun helping Teresa achieve her vision of a beautiful, creative space!
