  I feel like a different person than when I first started therapy with Lancia. She's helped me so much in so many ways: by guiding me through the process of sharing my fears and pain, she helped me discover what healing from trauma actually looks like. Shawniel and her team radiant authenticity, genuine compassion and the most up to date practices to ensure great quality service.   Shawniel has really created something special at Healing Springs Wellness. Her expertise as an EMDR and trauma recovery therapist combined with her holistic approach, allow her clients to show up as their true selves. She’s attentive to detail and knows how to balance having the utmost compassion with telling it like it is. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from those she’s has worked with and her unique approach to helping womxn heal from relationship wounds has helped so many. I have a lot of respect for her as a person and a therapist.
