(October 22, 2022, 6:08 am)HC Wood provided us outstanding services in several aspects, representing very high standards for the industry: (1) We changed our headstone design multiple times. When we apologized for the change, Harvard at HC Wood always said, "No problem. It's important to get it done right." (2) When we eventually decided on a simpler design, Harvard lowered the price quote. We would have paid it even if he did not drop the price, but he chose professionalism over plain profit-making. (3) Harvard showed care for the family as well as their beloved one, making his practice part of the healing process.
The final product exactly matched what we wanted. High-quality materials; simple/elegant design. When I touched the headstone, it gave me a timeless feel.
HC Wood's excellent service is now part of my memory. I can clearly tell why the company has existed for multiple generations. Thank you! -

I found them to be very professional, easy to work with, timely in their work, and the engraving was very well done. I was very pleased with my dealings with Mr. Wood and company, and highly recommend them.
