They've been good to us
Top notch customer service. They always come for a fill-up 1-2 days after you call, and always have accommodated us if there's an emergency. We have misread our oil quantity at times and they've been helpful to come out same day, even if it was our mistake. We have had emergencies where we didn't have heat in the middle of winter and they've come right out - even on a holiday! We don't use anyone else!!
A great family business to work with. We had an issue with our AC system & Chris came right out & diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered & installed very efficiently.
My wife and me would like to express the most sincerest thanks to Mike and Chris who helped us to bring our oil furnace to life. Mike and Chris addressed the issue which was not resolved by other services company used by us for a long time. Mike and Chris troubleshot the system to establish the source of a leak, adjusted the settings, and had to make a trip to pick up the compatible part for a repair. All this work was done starting at at 4:00 pm and finished later in the evening way pass their regular hours. All throughout this ordeal, Mike and Chis were super professional, courteous, and just absolutely great to work with. Their charges are extremely competitive. We highly recommend to use their business. There is no competition to what HC Rohde Company can do! May I also add that for years working with many service companies, we finally found that one which tops all the rest in their industry!
Rohde Oil is the BEST. The customer service, promptness, professionalism and price are all phenomenal. I would never use anyone else.
