  I purchased a bar cabinet from HB Home Furnishings - at first i wasn't sure as it was $1K cheaper than Wayfair - only differnce was buying direct from HB required outside delivery; Wayfair was inside placement - but $1K differnce is a lot of money. We went direct to HB Home Furnishings and are very happy with the purchase and delviery experience. I personally called them to check if i could get a live agent (I did), emailed with questions (no issue - fast response), and had a concern post delivery (resolved in minutes). I won't think twice when buying from them direct in the future.
  
  One thing to remember - outside placement typically means inside a garage or door way (if possible). The piece i purchased was 400 lbs - it was packaged better than any item i have ever seen in the past (amazing amount of protective foam). Driver helped me move it inside my doorway - then it was up to me to do the rest (it was a lot to unpack, but for $1K - lets start unpacking).... shipping company is a 3rd party agent, don't wait for them to call you - once you get the email it has shippped - take command of your own delivery experience and track, trace and follow-up with the shipper once it is local. I called the day it arrived into Boston - they scheduled the delivery that week - 2 hour window - flawless experience.
  
  I wish you all the best in your furniture / game room purchases- i am not a paid promoter, rather someone that is in Procurement and wasn't really sure about buying direct. For what it is worth - I am very sure i made the right decision and love the bar cabinet Thank you, Dan & team!

  I am thrilled with the foosball table I ordered from HB. The product arrived in perfect condition, and I found it easy to assemble. My only criticism is I did not receive a shipping notification, so I only knew it was on its way when the freight driver called, letting me know he has dropping it off at my home. But, it did arrive within a few days after ordering it, so that was great.

  This company!!!! Great customer service is hard to come by these days! Everybody seems to have a stick up their a$$. They went above and beyond!
  I ordered the air hockey mid century table from a certain company that I won’t bash here.. they get their own review. . They said it was in stock. FOUR months went by and they kept delaying my order. At one point customer service told me it was “in the ocean somewhere”. Even though originally they told me I got the last one from Georgia. Horrible customer service. I finally found the exact table but through a company I never heard of. I was extremely skeptical because how could it be the same at nearly half the price? After doing a lot of research and emails and phone calls I took the leap of faith and ordered the table. Which HB furnishings even sent me a 10% off coupon code. Not to mention the table was $1000 less than what the other big name company had it listed for. Including free shipping which the other company charged $250 for. !!! It came in 13 days. I’m still in shock. They gave me a cell number and were in contact with me every time I had a question within the hour. Their customer service was something that you just don’t find these days. I am an interior designer and often have to buy large furnishings and will definitely be ordering from this company as much as I can!

  I had such a positive experience with HB Home furnishings. Especially with their customer service team. There was a slight issue with an order (no fault of theirs) and Carolann went above and beyond to make sure that everything was dealt with ASAP.

  Wonderful product - purchased a bar cabinet. Wonderful customer service. Just know that product is delivered via FedEx - they will not deliver INTO your home. I would definitely buy more from them. Excellent workmanship
