(February 3, 2023, 12:06 pm)I am so happy I found Hazlet Family Care. The whole experience was five star. The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Chen is a great doctor and I’m glad I found him. He takes his time to answer all of your questions. Finding a new PCP can be difficult. However I’m glad the search ended with finding Dr. Chen and Hazlet Family care.

(December 14, 2022, 2:53 pm)Brought my son to see Dr. Eyerkuss. The appointment was made last minute, with ease and the wait to be seen was not long at all. Dr. Eyerkuss was caring, compassionate and listened to what my son had to say. It was my son’s first time seeing Dr. Eyerkuss. Dr. Eyerkuss made my son feel comfortable and he had no problems communicating his ailments to her.

(July 14, 2022, 7:54 pm)I’ve gone here several times. Dr. Chen is attentive, has a friendly bedside manner and is very straight forward and pragmatic in dealing with health issues. I’ve often had to show up at this office on a Sunday for some random health issue. During those visits I would usually see an advanced nurse practitioner. I always felt thoroughly checked by these nurses and never felt like I was led astray. One nurse practitioner I saw gave me a much needed Vitamin D prescription, based on blood work I had done at another office. It made a world of difference for me.
