I am so grateful to have found Hannah! After years of frustration with western medicine, I decided to take my power back and give the journey of acupuncture a try. Hannah is a compassionate, grounded, and radiant soul who is in tune with the human body energetically and physically. If you’re looking to take control of your health and healing from within, I can’t recommend Haven Acupuncture enough. I personally have autoimmune and hormonal imbalances, and Hannah offers a loving presence and understanding that there are underlying factors that can cause these imbalances of the body. Give your body some love with acupuncture, you won’t regret it.

Best acupunturist in the Hudson. Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and so personable. I was very skeptical of acupuncture but not anymore. I have felt so much better since being treated.Thank you Hannah! Highly recommend.

I found Haven Acupuncture in Beacon on line when searching for relief of severe Fibromyalgia pain which I have suffered from for16 years . I was led to Hannah by her great reviews. Besides the fibro, I am post bone marrow transplant for AML Leukemia and suffer digestive pain from GVHD. Acupuncture was suggested to me by many over the years but I didn't put much stock in it . I was eager for relief. Five sessions later I am a true believer!!!!! I have energy, can walk 5 miles now....w/o pain! I highly recommend this wonderful young woman!

Hannah is not only skilled, intuitive, gentle and impactful with her treatments, but she's generous and kind. When nothing else was helping my various issues ranging from mood/energy/sleep to mechanical rotator cuff pain, her treatments almost immediately helped all of the above, and I find seeing her regularly to be changing my quality of life. I've seen many wonderful acupuncturists over the last 20 years, but Hannah is specifically gentle while equally effective (which isn't always the case). If you've never had acupuncture before (or if you have) Hannah would be a wonderful introduction for any of your ailments. Thank you Hannah for sharing your gifts and time!

Hannah was recommended to me by someone on Facebook who i did not know when i was seeking an acupuncturist. I had never been to acupuncture before so i really did not know what to fully expect. What i know is i suffer from extreme neck (bulging discs), back and full body pain. I am a very busy hairstylist, salon owner, and BUSY mom of 2 competitive athlete children. My body is suffering! The daily stresses don’t help my existing anatomical issues either, if anything, the lack of sleep and daily stress make it worse.

I chose Hannah at first because of the name, Haven. It spoke to me, i felt like this would be a really relaxing and therapeutic adventure. I have now been seeing Hannah for a month, weekly, and i am so happy i am with her. She is the perfect fit for what i need. I leave her with so much mental clarity, a sense of peace and full body calming. I love how i am not going into a doctors office to have needles stuck in me. Rather, I feel like I’m at a spa, with meditative music, the smells of the perfect essential oil blends, and just the right lighting.

Hannah brings holistic methods to me, Chinese medicine, and is really helpful for all my needs each week. I know that my specific pains need time to be fixed, but i 1,000 percent felt progress from the first visit. Even if that meant sleeping better! Was it peace in my mind? Or was it less pain? It’s hard to tell, because what she does helps me in so many ways.

My kids (7 and 12) both see her now and absolutely love it. My 7 year old is seeing her for her sensory issues. She is getting ACUPRESSURE done (no needles) and i swear she puts my daughter in a trance! My 12 year old is having a mixture of both. In his own words, he said he feels BALANCED when he sees Hannah. That’s what i want him there for. General mental wellness and a sense of balance in our hectic lives.

I highly highly recommend seeing Hannah!
