They are so helpful & willing to try & help you find the best price for whatever you need. Extremely personable as well & know how to actually treat people like humans. I switched from the supermarket-chain pharmacy after about the third time I couldn’t get my absolutely necessary medications because the supermarket’s current shipment had my prescriptions… from a different manufacturer, that was somehow not covered by insurance. Hatfield Community personally handles my doctors’ orders and refills AHEAD of me AND CALLS ME to deliver them. I don’t have to call them. It’s like having a personal assistant who stays on top of things for you. When I had a problem with an order, they tracked down the issue (the supermarket had sent the old prescription rather than the most recent they had received when I transferred all my prescriptions to Hatfield) AND made sure I did not miss a single dose of my heart medication.

(November 21, 2021, 9:36 pm)I came to the store for my COVID-19 booster shot. I was very happy to be able to get it from this pharmacy. The staff is very nice and knowledgable. I had a lot of questions regarding the safety of the vaccine and concerns about any side effects. The pharmacist was able to answer all of my questions and provided clear instructions after receiving the vaccine.
