  Alex is great. He made the whole experience complete in a timely fashion and was very easy to work. He’s super friendly and took the time out to explain all the features of the truck. I would definitely come back to him again!

  Rae was a true professional. She was outstanding from beginning to end. Rae was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. She took the time set up my car and show me all the electronics and how they worked with my cell. I definitely recommend her 100% as an honest and accurate car salesperson.

  I recently purchased a pre owned Subaru forester from Hassett.
  Based on my experience their staff is knowledgeable. Their dealership is well maintained, band on highway, accessible through LIRR and right from start very professional.
  One thing missing is which i stated to my consultant was going above and beyond to make customer happy was to provide something small complimentary to customers who was putting high dollar amounts in buying big cars from them is to provide maybe a car perfume, sun shade or even a small chocolate box which do not cost much but make customers happy … small gesture.
  
  To summarize i was very happy with the way i was given details on vehicles/ inventory and all details on pricing. Also happy with quality of vehicle till now. Looking forward for their continued support in my vehicle ownership journey.

  Always a great experience at Hassett Subaru , from the salesperson I work with, Anthony, to the Service Dept. Always willing to accommodate in any way they can and work with you. This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased and could not be happier.

  Alex was a great salesman who made the car buying experience very enjoyable. Went home with my dream car without feeling like I was ripped off or over paying. Lisa, the manager, was also a pleasure to work with and ensured that we got the best deal we could.
