  I cannot recommend these caterers enough. We had a celebration for over 150 people, requiring multiple main courses and side dishes. From the beginning, Kimberly and her team were willing and gracious teammates, helping us figure out menu and quantities, working out some rather unique and challenging logistics, and then delivering some marvelous and delicious food, all without a hitch. Truly a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend them more highly!!!

  Marc always does a great job preparing food and wine dinners. At this event, the brown butter pasta with wild mushrooms was to die for! Our entrees included a choice of braised brisket, chicken or salmon. I am not a big fan of brisket, but this was phenomenal. I've had brisket at many BBQ joints from NY to Memphis to Texas. While this was braised and not BBQ, it was the best version of brisket I have ever had! The entire evening was spectacular!

  The Mid Hudson Wine Society had our annual Wine Dinner at Elm Rock. Not only was the food and wine well paired, but the staff was outstanding in their service for 25 people. The preparation and presentation were beautifully done by Mark.

  We held a dinner for 25 people at the Elm Rock Inn. Chef Mark created a five course Mediterranean themed meal. Each course was paired with a different wine which complimented the food. Chef Mark prepared an excellent menu of dishes from various regions of the Mediterranean. He and his staff did an excellent job of preparing and serving everything. The inn is comfortable and welcoming. The dining room is large enough that we all felt comfortable, standing and talking before the meal and seated at the tables when it was time to dine. Service was not rushed and was timed so that no one felt either neglected or rushed. Unfortunately it was raining so we could not use the charming patio that looks out over a lawn with a fire-pit a short distance away. Maybe next time we'll get a chance to enjoy it as we hope we can return for another event..

  We are so glad that we choose Kimberly, Chef Mark, and the Harvest Real Food team to cater our wedding. The food at the wedding was so delicious and their service was impeccable. They worked seamlessly with the venue and other vendors to time everything perfectly. I highly recommend going for a tasting before hand - all of their food was delicious it was so hard to choose but Kimberly worked with us to customize our menu to fit us perfectly. She is very detail oriented and thoughtful when it came to planning our service and was a pleasure to work with. Lastly, Chef Mark delivered incredible food and even took the time to congratulate us at the wedding and make sure we loved everything. We could not recommend them more!
