Great location and wonderful staff! My experience was great for my first visit! The staff is warm, welcoming, and you can tell by the atmosphere they enjoy what they do! If you're shopping for a new dentist, go see them!
I am a lucky new Hartford Dental Associates patient. Dr. Berry and his team had a cancelation, so I was able to get X-rays, an exam and cleaning the day I called rather than months later. My experience could not have been more positive. Kelly successfully challenged my Anthem insurance after they initially gave her incorrect benefits information. Heidi took a plethora of sharp photos and X-rays in record time. Dr. Berry (in a respirator helmet that looked like it came straight from Space-X) informed me about a new, non-invasive hidden cavity procedure the FDA just approved this year. Liz did the most thorough and painless cleaning I have ever experienced. And everyone took COVID precautions seriously with masks, face shields and room air purifiers. I also appreciated the calm ambient music playlist and free parking. While I can't yet speak from experience to the quality of Dr. Berry's work on fillings and crowns, my first experience suggests he and his entire staff are professional, competent and personable.
I'm new to the area, so I asked around for recommendations, and I'm SO glad someone suggested Hartford Dental Associates. Dr. Berry and his staff are THE BEST! Courtesy & kindness prevail the minute you walk through the door. Their equipment and techniques are top-notch, too! No need to search further - make an appt here.
My visit was absolutely the best. I have never seen modern dentistry in action and I was extremely impressed. Dr Berry was amazing! He led me through the whole procedure, step by step, with careful presentation and a large dose of humor, so I always felt comfortable with what was coming next. His dental assistant and staff were great in every way. I am so glad I found Dr. Berry!
The best dental care I have ever experienced. The office was incredibly clean and very well adapted to the pandemic's new guidelines. All safety protocols were diligently followed.
Dr. Berry's professional, courteous, and friendly team made my kids and me feel like at ease, welcome and like family. The team was very professional examining and providing me with solutions that were best for me (as opposed to what would be best or more lucrative for "the business").
I would highly recommend Hartford Dental Associates to anyone.
