  This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had, and we are frequent car purchasers! Frank Perrelli immediately provided an out the door quote over the phone, and 72 hours later he was in our new car with us going over features. From start to finish everyone we interacted with was professional and quick to reply to any emails, calls, or texts. Our time in the finance room was low pressure and quick - truly our #1 finance experience. We love our new Tiguan and cannot recommend this dealership enough.

  The best service experience I've ever had with anything I've ever bought. I found this car online and when I called I was 2nd in line out of 18 people. Lucky for me the person in 1st fell through and Frank, the manager, called me and let me know it was mine if I still wanted it. Just because I was 2nd in line, not because I had to pay more than everyone else! I live in Alabama and the car was in Connecticut, so I never got to see it in person before buying but working with Frank, I was never worried at all. Everything he told me about the car was exactly spot on. I flew to CT from AL then drove the car back home, Frank checked on me the whole way there and back. Everything from top to bottom of the experience was A++. 100% THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!

  Saw this today on their site. Reached out to the dealership and Frank-Floor Mgr sent over additional photos right away. I got to Harte within the hour. Great customer service and worked to complete the deal in no time. Seamless!!! Would recommend Harte for your next purchase. Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant experience.

  These guys are the real deal. Absolute pros at what they do, highly professional, deeply knowledgeable and they “sell” in a consultative way. They helped us (as relative novices) walk away feeling more knowledgeable about the car market as a whole. Bruce in particular was wonderful and should get promoted! He made the whole experience very smooth, quick and efficient. He remembered we were coming in all the way from VT on the way home and was able to walk us through the differences between a Tiguan and comparable models from other dealers. Finance was also wonderful, and we will be driving out of our way for service. We really appreciate the service and are very satisfied with our 2022 Tiguan. Highly recommend doing business with Harte Volkswagen — you WILL NOT be disappointed!

  Exceptional service from the minute i walked through the doors. Many companies pay a lot of money to advertise their products, but nothing beats word of mouth when the service exceeds your expectations and that's what Harte VW is all about. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and honest. A huge shout out to Ralph and Nate who went above and beyond to get me the VW Atlas i wanted in Racing Green!!! I would give a million stars if i could! I highly recommend this dealership because they took the anxiety out of getting a new car and truly made me feel heard and valued as a customer!
