This was my first time planning a funeral service. Denise and Ron made this process a very smooth one. Any stress I had, they eased it and helped me every step of the way. I am truly thankful that I choose Harrell Funeral Home to assist me with my aunt's homegoing.
I had to choose a place for my mom within hours after her passing, I had done some research, the day before and narrowed to 4 places. I picked Harrell's based on the compassion I heard in Ron's voice. Boy, was I grateful for listening to my gut. I met with Ron and realized I made the right decision. He is kind, compassionate, and is in this business for the right reasons, to offer his support and knowledge to families at their most vulnerable time. We talk, he asked me questions about my thoughts for mom and together we had a plan that was exactly what my mom's would have wanted. If there is any golden moment during these times, for me, it was Ron. Knowing all my wishes were met, and that I was treated was kindness and respect, I left there knowing mom's remains were in Ron's hand, and that gave me peace of mind. Thank you Ron....
