(October 23, 2022, 1:22 pm)My father was recently at Harborview....Initially I was concerned because I read reviews that sounded less than ideal. However, I found the staff to be very caring, kind and thoughtful ,not only to my father but to myself and my family. They were very gentle and thorough in providing care to my father. I talked with multiple staff members in all levels of care and found that all of them were equally kind and professional . Overall, everyone did all they could to make my father comfortable in his last days. I so appreciate all the staff members who did so much for him and my father....Thank you

(October 12, 2018, 10:05 pm)My brother recently came to live in this home. I can see this home is very clean and smells very good. The staff really cares for the people who live in the home. Beth, one of the staff, was extremely helpful finding my brother's wallet and driver's license which was locked safely away. Debbie in finance has also been very helpful. Avril in admittance was very nice and helpful.
There are also many others who introduced themselves to me: Joe and Emmitt really set my mind and heart at ease. They really do care.
