  Bought my 1st boat (22' Dauntless) in several decades from Eric and Todd. Excellent experience from beginning to end. They took me out to get familiar with the controls and the way the boat handled and they were happy to spend as much time as was needed. Wonderful team and highly recommend them.

  There is no better dealer to buy a new Parker or Whaler from. Wendy, Todd, and Mike just to name a few out of many. We are treated like family there. If above and beyond service and good pricing is important to you and you consider promises made and delivered important, look no further. These folks truly care about their customer, product and reputation. I would highly recommend these folks and can assure you there is no better quality workmanship and service that even comes close anywhere else. Capt. Ed Wiza and family.   Picked up a boat here. These guys were extremely helpful, especially Mike and Eric who busted their tails to get this in exactly where I needed it on my trailer. It was a pleasure doing business here.

  Ok, I already owned a 2004 Whaler Nantucket 19" and was actually looking to downsize. I stopped by Hance & Smythe to browse...... I spoke with Todd who was very helpful and actually (at my request) put some rough numbers together for the new purchase of a 2019 Boston Whaler Montauk 150. (The trade still needed to be evaluated). Long story Short, the numbers worked out for the trade and the purchase. Todd introduced me to the service dept. staff for ordering the correct stereo for the boat, as well as a bow cushion for my wife to lounge on.
  Delivery time, about 5 days later. Todd and I completed the paperwork he then turned me over to Mike for the test ride. Mike is one of those guys who has forgotten more bout boats than I will ever know. He took me on a ride with the boat to familiarize me with it, got me situated and on my way back across the bay.
  I had to make arrangements to relay my old trailer from Bucks Co. Pa to them and exchange it for the new one. This took place almost three weeks after the purchase. When I arrived Mike again assisted me with unhooking the old trailer and connecting the new one, again a pleasant experience.
  In short I believe that I dealt with just about the entire staff, from the clerical department to the sales and service department. All of them were professional, knowledgeable and polite. The atmosphere at the dealership is relaxed, I never felt pressured to purchase. I've already recommended them to a friend who really liked my new whaler.

  Excellent team. The sales organization was low pressure, very accommodating, and thorough. The service team is awesome. They are meticulous, helpful and courteous. This is my first boat purchase so I had lots of questions. The entire team made it a very pleasant experience.
