He was highly responsive and clearly dedicated to accommodating the needs of our group (which included a number of food allergies and sensitivities). Our choice not to finalize the event booking was unrelated to his efforts. I enthusiastically suggest considering Chris for your next trip out East. Without a doubt, we will reach out to him again in the future!

We booked him for an evening during a bachelorette party weekend and he went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was his cooking delicious, but he happily accommodated a vegetarian and vegan in our group, and cleaned up the whole kitchen afterward. I highly recommend him!
