  The staff at Hammonasset Ford was great to work with. CherylAnn was my sales person. She didn’t pressure me into buy any vehicles and answered all of my questions. She was quick to respond back to emails and phone calls. The sales process was smooth and quick. High recommend if looking for a new/used vehicle.

  We need more stars for this dealer. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. You call, they pick up, give realistic answers, and see it through. that is the core of a top notch company in any business, and I have always been let down by other dealers or shops. thank you team!

  I have dealt with other Ford dealerships, but none compare to the service provided by Ford of Hammonasset. Their customer service and willingness to get your vehicle in and serviced as soon as they can is by far the best. They constantly keep you updated as to the progress of your service and go the distance when working with third party insurance companies to help the customer through the process. 5 star + rating. I highly recommend Ford of Hammonasset

  Saw the car online and called the following day. I worked with Cheryl Ann through the process of looking car, getting numbers and finally buying the car. She made the process seamless, she was very nice. Highly recommend Hammonasset ford and Cheryl Ann for any purchase !

  Was looking for a used car that would be an upgrade over my last one - Mike and Steve helped me purchase a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium and I could not be happier. The car is absolutely beautiful and in immaculate condition. Hammonasset Ford was able to get me in for a test drive, go over financing options, and drive away with the car in 3 days, I really couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly (even the dog !) would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase/finance a car in the area. Thank you guys again !
