(August 11, 2023, 7:58 pm)A great place to do business. John Jeune, who runs the yard will treat you like family from the first time he meets you. He's always willing to work with you no matter how much or how little material you need, or how many times he has to load you up on any given day because the size truck you have requires multiple return trips. I highly recommend Halsteads because of the quality of materials, esse of getting what you need and being on your way, and the outstanding customer service.

John was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It was such a smooth process from start to finish. The prices were reasonable, but his attention to customer service really can’t be beat!

Their prices were perfect and they were able to schedule a delivery of garden soil for me very quickly. The gentleman who delivered the soil was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience. I will be a repeat customer and will recommend their services to others. Thank you!

(September 16, 2022, 1:57 pm)What an incredible experience in customer service! I spoke with John the manager a month ago and ordered and paid for a delivery scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately I soon after the order got word had to go to Long Island for a family emergency. I called John back and explained. John was understanding, friendly, accommodating and concerned... He actually wished me well with my family situation. Fast forward i called John yesterday upon my return from long Island and he remembered every detail about our previous conversation, genuinely asked how things went with my family and accommodated a new delivery immediately. What a stress free, pleasant and just all around great experience! Thank you John and Halsted for all you did to make this experience so pleasant.
