  Beautiful park with a beautiful beach! The staff was also incredibly friendly as well! However, there was a massive amount of ticks on the trails. If you're going to go I would suggest heading straight towards the beach and skip the nature trails. Lone star ticks were also seen.

  Amazing hidden gem.
  take to consideration there is a small hike to get to the beach but it worth it!!!!
  parking is $8 for the whole day

  Great spot to stop and stretch your legs and enjoy the North Fork scenery. They have really nice hiking trails that run along Long Island sound and a beautiful beach with great views. They also have bathroom facilities that are always kept immaculately clean.

  Nice place if you plan on staying on the beach for a while. Beach is very clean. The trails really didn’t have much wildlife to see or much to do. $8 for parking isn’t fair it should be free as you can’t do much.

  This place is a tucked away gem. The gift shop is about 2 years old but a bit wanting for stuff. We went to the parking lot way in the back. There are solar powered parking machines. There is a very hilly trail to the beach. Nobody on the beach or trail. We saw deer tracks but no deer.

There is a little shop near the street with local goods, educational material etc. then you drive down a long road to park. There is a nice long sandy curving walk to the water or a shorter cut through.
