  Haines Falls Auto Center helped me out today. I had a damaged tire while traveling alone with my daughter. The shop was very busy. The mechanic got my car in quickly. I am so appreciative of their help, squeezing my tire issue in last minute.

  I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! These guys were absolutely amazing! I'm on a little road trip, my oil light came on. Not knowing much about how to fix the problem myself & not wanting my engine to blow up on me, I brought my car and some quarts of oil to them. Explained the situation. Without any hesitation, they checked my oil, put in 2 quarts for me and didn't charge me. And on top of that, SERVICE WITH A SMILE which you don't always get nowadays.

  We were on our way to Hunter Mountain to go skiing when our car overheated 8 minutes away, in the middle of nowhere, with no cell service, and it was 15 degrees outside. We were rescued by the sweetest man (shout out to Erwin Benjamin our hero) who followed us up to Hunter and recommended Haines Falls Auto. Turns out all of the Catskills area knows about this place and hold them in very high regards. I called them up and within about 30 minutes or less, someone was there to tow my car to their shop even though it was a Sunday and they were closed. They were very kind, efficient and communicative. Highly recommend!

  We have trusted Rory and his team for years. They never disappoint. Always give you the truth, and the costs are fair and much less expensive that in the greater NYC area. Estimates are accurate. Family run business. Have brought our very old TOYOTA Supra, and a 2003 Infiniti since we first got it. Never a problem regardless of the make or model. I see 20 year old pick ups being treated with the same care as a new Subaru.
