  Hak, the owner, is a wonderful tailor who has done work that's well worth the money for my wardrobe. So far I've had a jacket's sleeves shortened, 3 pairs of pants hemmed (and two taken in at the waist), and I'm currently waiting on two skirts that also need hemming (can you tell I'm petite?), and though the alterations were admittedly a little pricey, a lot of the garments I brought in were fairly complex and hard to work on--I have basic sewing skills, but hemming a pair of silk trousers with a pleated poly chiffon contrast at the bottom is very much above my pay grade, and the work he did was completely invisible and on a crunch because I'd procrastinated on having them altered before going to a formal event, and I got them back with time to spare before the day of. So long as this place stays in business and I live in this area, I'll be going here.

  We took my husband's suit to get tailored and they did better than we could have hoped for! The tailor is very knowledgeable about what a good fit is and clearly cares a lot about his work. We are very happy with the end result.

  I had this awful stain in my silk white dress and I thought the dress was ruined. I brought it to Hadley dry cleaners and they completely removed the stain without damaging my dress at all! I will be coming back here anytime I need a stain removed because they completely exceeded my expectations!

  I highly recommend Hadley Cleaners, located in Amherst, for their dry cleaning and alteration services. I have been a regular customer for years. All work is done to perfection. Items are ready when promised. All costs are calculated at drop off, so there are no surprises. The owners are professional and friendly. This is a dependable, local business you can trust!
