Hadi Medical Group - Plainview

After being forced to change pain management clinics over the last 30 years following 2 major accidents, I am beyond happy to have found this amazing team. Everyone on the staff is always smiling in a good mood AND willing to assist with anything. I love this place so much I travel back to NY for all my visits rather than have to go through the “process” again with imaging etc. Additionally, at almost every place I’ve gone in the past there was an underlying feeling that i was the bad guy because i have chronic pain. I get the downside of the pain medications but someone that has tried alternative ways to alleviate pain Should not be made to feel like a criminal. This staff never makes me feel like that. I feel like an old time friend seeing each other when im there. Furthermore, I was astounded about the wait times. Im always in within 15 minutes or less. After having to wait sometimes over sn hour at other places , this clinic was a breath of fresh air. Thank you everyone ! You are all appreciated.

Very professional And during Covid I Feel safe in the office.
I just wish things were like they use to be , Unfortunately the FDA has scared Pain management Dr's to the point where they don't give you what you actually need to have a normal life. That Said Dr Hadi & staff will work with you and I'm thankful for that. If you are legitimately disabled This is the best place to find help.. They will never force you to do anything you aren't comfortable with.

I haven't come across a Hadi that I didn't think was fabulous They are emphatic, sympathetic and just awesome. The staff is courteous, professional and simply amazing and if I could give them 10 stars it wouldn't begin to express how thankful I am to them.

I have wanted to write a big thank you for all your attention, since I first stepped in your office. I was blown away by the kindness, happiness, smiles amongst the staff, attentiveness and concern shown.
Phone calls were met with a happy voice and always a quick response back to my questions.
I was in terrible pain when I came and you have taken all that pain away. I recently had to travel, and the trip would have been almost impossible if I had not seen you for treatment of my pain.
I am feeling great, no pain, no medications and all do to the upmost care you provided. You stand alone at the top! The pain management doctors that I have experienced in the past don’t come close to you or your staff.

I must say, Doctor Hadi run an amazing practice with an even better staff. I came from another pain management Doctor who I actually liked very much, however it was the staff that drove me away! Such a shame. But to be honest, that bad staff led me to the Most kind, accommodating and knowledgeable staff that I've EVER dealt with. Seriously. I deal with A LOT of Doctors as a Disabled Veteran with many ailments.
First off, when I entered the staff greeted me with the warmest smiles and introduced themselves by name immediately! Nikki, Gabby, Annie and Karina are the kindest and most patient Doctors office staff that I've dealt with in a LONG time. I feel that in the past years
the staff in most Doctors offices act as if you "owe them something " or that you're bothering them. Not here! This staff is actually eager to help.
Also, the guy Jay behind the desk is very personable and is helpful in explaining why certain procedures are the way they are.
The PA that I see, Tram, is extremely kind and a great listener! Something that I feel is lost these days. She makes sure that she hears what i feeling and offers solutions and help. Plus, she rocks some awesome kicks too LOL.
I've only dealt with Doctor Hadi in the exam room on my initial visit, but I will say that he is very professional and appears very knowledgeable and confident! I know that I'm in great hands with this team.
Honestly, the last thing ill say is, at first I felt like there is no way these people are this nice. I thought they must be full of it. But 100% they ARE THAT NICE and helpful. If you have chronic pain, GO SEE THEM! Thank you Hadi Medical Group!
