(November 20, 2022, 4:29 pm)Pharmacist was very kind, polite, and professional at HA Pharmacy! CVS Pharmacy off Rte 202 in Blue Bell, PA rudely canceled my mother's COVID booster vaccination appointment as we were standing there in the CVS pharmacy without any reason! They completely ignored me at the desk when I asked why it was canceled. I was in search of a pharmacy to get my mother vaccinated, and HA Pharmacy came to the rescue! She took my mother in immediately, and we were able to get her vaccinated the same day CVS rudely canceled on us. It was a frustrating day, and I greatly appreciated the time and care HA Pharmacy gave to my mother to get her vaccinated. The pharmacy was very clean and bright. I even saw some pet products as well for natural remedies! I hope people support these smaller, independently-owned pharmacies instead of the corporate "big box" pharmacies. I felt that HA Pharmacy really cares are more customer focused.
