  I could not have had a better experience at H1912! Throughout the whole process, I felt so comfortable, listened to, accommodated, and completely like I was putting my trust into the right hands. I came in with a very sentimental vintage engagement ring from the early 1900's that had previously been "repaired" at a different jeweler that did not specialize in antique/vintage pieces. Needless to say, my 100+ year old ring was in worse condition than ever and I was so hesitant to try fixing it again for fear that it would end up even more wonky looking. I was helped by Alena, who was SO friendly, non-judgmental, and did everything in her power to make sure my ring retained its charm while also working under a very tight deadline. When I got my ring back, I was absolutely floored by how beautiful it looked. I wasn't its first owner so I can't attest to this, but I'm convinced it looks better now than it did when it was new! All of this was enough to make me a lifelong client right off the bat, but the completely reasonable cost and quick turnaround (just two weeks!) have me going out of my way to tell anyone who'll listen that they should only trust H1912 with their precious vintage pieces. Thank you SO much to the H1912 team, I feel like I owe you all so much love for the amazing work you did that resulted in me falling in love with my engagement ring all over again :)

  I recently trusted H1912 with two very special rings of mine that I wanted made into pendants and the results were spectacular!! My wedding and engagement ring stones were used to create a magnificent pendant that is so special to me. Since my husband passed away I wanted something I could wear but not as it was and I worked with Alena who was extremely professional and sensitive to my situation. She helped design something that is not only meaningful to me but beautiful and timeless that I am excited to wear.everyday. I highly recommend H1912 and if you have the opportunity to work with Alena you will be in very good hands and will not be disappointed! I will definitely be having them do more re-designing of some other jewelry for me in the future! A wonderful store with a great staff-you must check them out!! Thank you H1912 and Alena, I love what you have made for me!

  I recently got engaged with a ring that I inherited from my grandmother. It was beautiful but needed some work, including filling in missing stones, evening out worn-down metal, and resizing. We were generally aware of Hamilton from having gone to college across the street years ago, but we came in based on a recommendation from a fellow alumnus. From the very first meeting, my fiancé and I were impressed with the team’s helpfulness, knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. Alena and Doreen made us feel comfortable and helped us understand our options. They were transparent about costs throughout the process—and we found the cost to be very reasonable based on another consultation. Alena was great about communicating at every step. And perhaps most importantly, the work on the ring was phenomenal! I made it clear that I wanted to keep the original setting, and they honored my wishes. Thanks to Hamilton/H1912, the ring maintains all of its original charm and elegance but was given a completely new life. If you’re looking for a jeweler that is trustworthy and does impeccable work, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

  My experience with H1912 was great! My most recent purchase started with an email inquiry that spanned 3 months and Brand Representative, James McCormick delivered exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable and always prompt with replies. James went to bat for me on the pricing of the watch I purchased since there were some internal management changes within the company. I am looking forward to making more futures purchases from H1912!

  It is so nice to have consistently experienced thoughtful guidance and personalized service from the wonderful sales associates at H1912. On several occasions over the past five years we have been treated to warm, customer centered jewelry shopping. The vintage offerings are extraordinary and the jewelry services are excellent.
