From the moment we stepped foot into the establishment, we were greeted with an overwhelming sense of warmth and welcome. The ambiance, oozing an authentic and unpretentious charm, only served to whet our appetites for the gastronomical delights to follow.
The Chicken and Rice Bowl I ordered was a revelation. Every morsel was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, lending an intoxicating aroma that lingered in the air and on the palate. The blend of flavors was harmonious; the chicken succulent and tender, while the rice offered a comforting foil to its robust flavors.
As for my cousin Dom's choice, the Lamb Gyro Bowl, he was equally captivated. The lamb, delicately spiced and impeccably tender, melted in the mouth, and was complemented by the crisp and fresh accompaniments. The flavours danced around the palate, leaving an aftertaste that was both deeply satisfying and irresistibly moreish.
The final triumph was the complimentary falafel. Crisp on the outside and fluffy within, they were a delight in every bite, transporting us momentarily to a bustling Middle Eastern market.
It's a wonder how Gyro Heaven remains so "slept on" in Long Beach Island. A place that produces such consistently excellent fare surely deserves a spot on the culinary map of New Jersey. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to not miss out on this heavenly establishment. The food is exceptional, the service is friendly, and the experience is unforgettable.

(May 20, 2023, 2:57 pm)Pretty good! Not gonna lie the meat was great but the Tzatziki sauce was very watery. I will100% be back but prices were steeper than expected. Staff was friendly and the food was ready fast! Outa 10 ima give it a 8.2.
