I am an fervent supporter of Dr Gwozdz work to curing my TMS.
I have been fighting sever back pain for two years.
I am delighted to share my experience with Dr. Gwozdz, who helped me overcome my chronic back pain through his expertise in TMS (Tension Myoneural Syndrome) practice. Despite trying various other modalities like chiropractic care, physical therapy, and acupuncture, I had been struggling with persistent pain for three years, and nothing seemed to work.
Dr. Gwozdz's approach was different. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my condition, and explained the underlying causes of my pain. He taught me a variety of techniques to manage my pain, and his guidance was based on the teachings of Dr. Sarno.
Dr. Gwozdz's simple yet powerful technique involved talking to my brain and reciting recommended statements 5-6 times an hour. Following his direction strictly, I noticed a significant decrease in my back pain within a few sessions. Eventually, I became pain-free.
What impressed me most about Dr. Gwozdz was his attention to detail and his dedication to his patients' well-being. His humility and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my journey to recovery.

There are very few doctors left in the United States like Dr. Gwozdz this man is a call back to when doctors took the time to understand their patients both physically and emotionally. If more doctors were like him the medical industry would look much different.
Been going to see Dr. Gwozdz for a few years now. He is easy to talk to which is important in a doctor, takes his time to listen to and understand me without rushing me out to get to the next patient. His recommendations feel logical and make sense, answers any questions that I have. Personally, I don't think there's much more one can ask for in a doctor. The receptionist, Annie I believe her name is, is really nice too!
I've been a patient since 2014 and have always had great care. I generally wait less than 10 minutes and am talking with the doctor.
Dr.Gwozdz is very patient and thorough and takes his time to listen to any concerns and work with you to provide the care needed. He also is open to hearing any objections you may have and crafts an appropriate treatment plan. Additionally, I appreciate how knowledgeable his experience saves me time in having to not go to a specialist unless necessary. I am continually amazed by his breadth of knowledge of both traditional medicine and lesser known treatments, and because of this, he's able to guide you appropriately.
Would definitely recommend Dr.Gwozdz for anyone looking for a caring, patient and knowledgeable family medicine doctor in the area!
Five stars all the way. I was very fortunate that I was able to see Dr. Gwozdz. His practice feels very warm and caring. He is extremely attentive and patient. I trust his recommendations. It does not feel hectic or rushed like other doctors I have been to. If you are able to get in to see him, I would highly recommend it.
