  Although when I visited the location, I was unsuccessful at finding what I needed, but I give them five stars for having returned my phone and tried to help For me is worth five stars. Cs is key and i appreciated the call back.

  After 2 years of frustration at an RV dealer we took our 2019 Keystone Passport to Gustines RV Sales and Service for annual maintenance and spring start up. I must say that the service and competence is outstanding.

  This is hands down the most helpful and honest RV repair that I've been to. My wife and I were struggling with our awning. We stopped in for a replacement part that had been damaged. Instead of selling me a part that would have cost me several hundred dollars they instead gave me helpful advice on an alternative way to fix the issue. This saved me a great deal of frustration and money! Their store is well stocked with everything you need and it is great to have a local, friendly small business which is an asset to the community. Thank you!

  Good old fashion service!
  
  My new Norcold refrigerator was not cooling properly. Luckily I called Gustine's RV Sales & Service. Deborah patiently listened to my problem and let me email her some photos. She agreed she could get me in for warranty service.
  
  When I arrived Gordon and Rob helped me get unloaded in the shop. Their communication with me was very good. They convinced Norcold that I need a replacement refrigerator.
  
  Again, communication was very good. Well, today I was able to pick up my camper. Everything looks great.
