  I have been taking guitar lessons with Mark for the past year and a half. I've had a great experience. My goal in taking lessons was to move past the same rut I've been in for years of strumming the same songs over and over again. Through lessons with Mark, I've accomplished my goals of getting more comfortable and acclimated to the guitar, and blew past those and set new goals to develop skills I didn't think were possible.

  Mark is an excellent teacher. He creates a fun and positive space for learning. I really look forward to my lessons. I floundered for years trying to teach myself bass guitar.   I went to Mark with my 17-year-old son and was very impressed with him. I had no experience with the guitar while my son had a moderate amount of experience teaching himself. Mark had such good recommendations as to how to improve and is able to navigate between all ability levels with ease. The lessons are on a flexible schedule, which makes it easy to attend. I would highly recommend him!
