I called to see if they would be able to take a walk-in.
They were so nice and professional over the phone. They were available!
When I arrived I was welcomed with warm smiles. I went upstairs and settled in. My hairdresser's name was Priscilla. She was amazing 👏 and very professional.
She keenly listened as to the kind of hairstyle I wanted. She explained to me that If I wanted that hairstyle we would need to come up with a game plan to achieve it. I liked that suggestion.
I was there to get a color and highlights as well as a haircut/hairstyle to shape the cut the way I wanted.
I like the method they use to get it colored and highlighted.
As we all know, you can't wave a magic wand to get the look you want in an instant.
Since the staff all work together as a team; there is no one making you feel like one stylist trumps the other. I appreciate that too.

I've been coming to see Donna for a year after nearly a decade of bouncing between chain cutters and I'm so glad I found Guillermo's studio! Since my first appointment, Donna has been helpful in explaining the appropriate styles and maintenance for my hair type.
