  Amazing experience with Guaranteed! They came on time and did an amazing job. They informed me beforehand exactly what work would be done on each part of my home including deck, retaining wall, and entire exterior of home.
  
  After each portion was complete they called me outside to check what was done and went above and beyond when it came to cleaning my pathway by power washing it and sanding it the following day. Very reasonable and great to work with, definitely will be using again!

  Delighted! Guaranteed Surface Cleaning & Home Improvements checked off a top priority on my "Big Item" To - Do list: power washing the the exterior of the family home. Siding, deck, railings, front porch and brick walkway look as good as new!
  
  The project was managed with professional care. Peter took time to thoroughly assess the job and answer all our questions, so that on the scheduled day there were no surprises.Once they arrived Peter and John focused on getting the job done, while paying strict attention to the detail.
  
  My husband and I are completely satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Guaranteed Surface Cleaning & Home Improvements. On a scale of 1 - 10 we rate them 10+.

  John and Peter are terrific. They are professional, thorough, likeable, and detail-oriented owner-operators. They both take tremendous pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is superior. They are punctual and disciplined. We hired Guaranteed Surface Cleaning to clean 10 rugs in our home, rugs that hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years, including our children's playroom rug. They did an amazing job. I will definitely hire them again. PS: in reading some of the other reviews posted on other sites, customers need to be realistic about their expectations. John and Peter are thorough and professional carpet cleaners -- not magicians. Certain kinds of stains will never come out and it's simply time to buy a new rug. I can't recommend Guaranteed Surface Cleaning enough! Five Stars!
