(February 22, 2023, 12:28 pm)Grit Fitness is more than just a gym or a spot to workout. Lauren & Christina along with my fellow Gritters have become family. They check on you when you are down & they cheer you on with every win.
I started with Grit in April of 2021 and braved all the weather good, bad, and straight down ugly. In January of 2023 they opened their gorgeous indoor space.
Workouts are fun and challenging. They can also be modified for the strongest person down to a person just coming back from major surgery.
I am thankful everyday that I found Grit Fitness! -

From the first class with Lauren and Christina I knew that Grit would become a part of my everyday routine. I absolutely love the positive and high energy, not only from the owners, but from other members as well. It is one big happy family! Everyday the work out is different and never disappoints. Grit has everything you could want in a gym.

Everyone there is so welcoming and Christina and Lauren do an amazing job at curating different exercises that give you results!! It’s the best group of people and you feel like you’re working out with family and friends! 5 stars all around!

(March 16, 2021, 2:28 pm)GRIT fitness provides a safe outdoor environment for you to get an amazing workout. Owners, Lauren and Christina have methodically thought of it all! The workouts are challenging, but fun! The motivation and atmosphere at GRIT leaves you wanting to book your next class as soon as you get back into your car after class! I highly recommend for anyone of any age or fitness level to give it a try. Hurry up and book your class - you won't regret it!!
