  I have been going here for about two weeks now and it's the best decision I've made. The members are great and have a strong team culture going. They also work hard it will get you to shed some pounds. This is definitely the best gym in the area worth commenting too.

  Great place to train, clean, and the coaches emphasize safety. Also a good place for beginners to start.

  Great place for beginners and professionals. All ages and genders. Top notch staff and a great facility.

  Jerry Bradley (Owner of the Gym) is a great guy.
  He welcomes everyone new to the gym, as do all of the guys and girls who train there.
  You feel very comfortable first walking into The Grindhouse.
  No one judges you, no matter how much experience you have. Everyone is willing to help you learn and it’s just a great atmosphere in general.
  Even if you just want to check it out to get in shape, your in the right place.
  I’m very happy that I joined and I will continue to recommend this gym.
  Nothing to lose, a whole lot to gain.

  very grateful I found this gym . it's become a 2nd home and a whole new family been training here for about 5 months or so and the amazing instructors and training partners have helped me in 3 tournaments already receiving a total of 1 bronze medal 1 silver and 2 gold ! also jerry the guy who keeps the doors open is one of the nicest people ! recommend this family 10/10 times
