  Hired Grilly Cheese food truck for my daughter’s high school graduation party. It was a hit! Tony was very accommodating and great to work with. They were dependable and punctual. Tony agreed substituted hot dogs with all beef and Turkey bacon because we don’t eat pork. They had gluten free bread as well. The kids and adults loved the grilled cheese and hot dogs! Best hot dogs ever, some said!

  The grilled cheese truck did my best friend's wedding. I had the "Three Cheese Lump Crab Grilled Cheese" with the hand-cut fries. The sandwich was so huge and to be honest it was easily the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. everyone at the wedding loved the food, or at least t hey couldn't stop eating it pretty much all night

  The food was amazing! My guests can’t stop talking about everything! The whole team on the truck was so easy to work with. Before, during, and after the event there was always someone available to answer any questions I had. Really made the party a breeze so that was just a blessing in itself.

  Grilly Cheese recently came to cater our annual houseparty. Everything was outstanding from the level of service to the quality of the food. They arrived on time, were set up and ready earlier than promised. Steven was so accommodating to all our guests, and everyone was pleased with how friendly the staff was. The food was loved across the board! We've stopped answering our house phone because we're actually tired of hearing people still talk about the food almost a month later. Thanks! Definitely recommend Grilly Cheese if you're planning an event and need a reliable food truck with tasty options for everyone

  They have good sandwiches. What attracted me to them was their vegan grilled cheese sandwiches. Unfortunately, the only one they have at their restaurant was their cashew one called Pleasin' Vegan. A young man there did tell me that if I wanted, I could call ahead and let them know, so they could get the stuff to make their other two that were offered on the food truck. This being my first time trying a vegan grilled cheese, I'd have to say the Pleasin' Vegan tasted more of a peanut butter than cheese. I also tried their Grilly Cheesesteak which was very good. Today, I had them deliver to one of my jobs and they were right on time, which is a plus. Food was also hot. Another plus. I will be going back. Their staff was also great. Everyone was very pleasant and nice.
