We just moved to Gibbstown NJ almost 2 months ago and had experienced terrible smells coming from the backyard sewer cleanout. After contacting public works, they sent out Phil to determine the cause and possible solution. A few days later, Phil and Tony stopped by to change the cleanout cap and flush the main sewer line behind the house. Once this was done, they said that should rectify the smell problem. Both of them were polite, respectful, and more than helpful to new residents like us, making us feel right at home. A week or two later, a knock came on the door and Phil showed up to see how everything was going, not as a required visit, but out of courtesy. He was happy to hear that the odor had dissipated. We couldn't be more grateful for this level of professional concern, and we are pleased that we moved to a town with such reliable and dependable township employees.
