There is a tire soak, pre-wash, soap, brush, triple conditioner, rinse and clear coat wax. 15 minutes is an excellent amount of time The location is well lit, and clean, and my favorite self serve car wash of anywhrre around.

Cleaning wise. Basic wash keeps you left out for some.
Free vacuums are always a plus.
Has option for self-wash or self serve instead of automated for those who like it. -
