(October 24, 2022, 4:08 pm)The Greenbelt is awesome - I haven't finished all the trails yet (idk if anyone has, there are miles and miles point-to-point haha) but what I've seen is great. They are well-marked and not too busy at the beginning of the day. The nature center building has nice clean bathrooms at the beginning of the main trail. Definitely want to keep coming back and exploring more!

(July 19, 2022, 2:18 am)I love coming here for peaceful and fun walks with my boyfriend. Often, when we get too lazy to finish the trail, we create our own trail(shortcut) and it becomes a little adventure!
We have encountered so many deers as well as other animals such as a garter snake which gave us quite a scare! -

(February 5, 2021, 9:01 pm)Great place to hike, trail maps and super clean rest rooms. Professional staff. They are very organized and strict on covid protocol 👍👍We hike it all the time. love doing trail maintenence hikes with the staten island hikers to show our respect to the park!

(December 15, 2019, 3:33 pm)What a beautiful park! We took the Nature center trail, a very short and easy to do with a walking toddler! Trail is well marked, we let our little one run around finding the next N. So pretty and wonderful, nature right at your backyard!
Staten Island is a hidden gem!
Wanted to also mention the sparkling clean restrooms at the Nature center itself, and how well kept the entire place is.
