  Once again, I am highly recommending Green Pest Solutions for the professional and very effective pest control services they provided in late August 2023. In early August, I highly recommended Green Pest Solutions and their employee Henry, who arrived at my old School House and treated 2 large yellow jacked ground nests, yellow jackets entering my cedar roofed attic in 2 locations, and a large bald faced hornet nest attached to the outside of the second story of the house. Just as Henry predicted, all traces of the yellow jackets and hornets were gone within a day of treatment and I was very happy and impressed, as I had been trying to get rid of the yellow jackets for weeks using several different well-known brand name products to no effect.
  
  Several weeks after Green Pest Solutions got rid of the bald-faced hornets, I noticed very large European hornets swarming at the top of my cedar roof and climbing underneath the shingles into the attic. Based on my excellent experience with Green Pest Solutions the first time, I did not hesitate to call them again to treat the new hornet infestation. Given all the continuing problems I was having with hornets and yellow-jackets this summer as well as the proven effectiveness of Green Pest Solutions in early August, I decided to sign up for a yearly contract, which included treatment of hornets/bees at any time they appeared, as well as treatment for ants, mice, etc. As happened in early August with the bald-faced hornet eradication, Henry showed up again at the end of August to treat the European hornets. I was skeptical that the treatment would work, as the hornet nest was inside the attic and the only access to the hornets was when they flew under the shingles. Henry once again assured me that the treatment would not kill the hornets immediately, but as they touched the treatment solution and took it in with them to the nest, all the hornets were doomed. He was right again, and within 2 days there were no more hornets!!! Based on Henry’s professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor, I will now call him Henry the Hornet Hunter. He also treated my home ants, mice, etc as part of the yearly contract.
  With a Green Pest Solutions yearly service contract, I now feel like I am in good hands and no longer have to worry about pests.

  Robert had great communication. He let us know when he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was very polite and thoroughly explained the service and what he would be treating. He was efficient and let us know when he completed the treatment and when we could let our dog back outside. We had a great experience! Looking forward to the month check in.

  All of my neighbors came outside to watch JT remove a giant hornet nest this morning. He showed everyone the wasps and explained how the treatment worked, and talked to them about their own bug problems. He was so friendly, and even posed for a picture with the nest (and his coffee!) afterwards. Everyone on my street is calling him the bee slayer. I could not have had a better experience with GPS!!

  My experience with Green Pest Solutions was great but not the best. They have a great service Team with Matthew handling everything well and setting the process up to get Pest Control out there. And on the day of my appointment, my Green Pest Rep Jamil was on time and kind. Very personable and nice. But I will say he was not as thorough as I hope, I was hoping and asked him to be as thorough as possible in terms of getting the perimeter inside the home. He was spraying but when I asked to spray at some other spots, and he said he did already. I trusted and shrugged it off since Green Pest Solutions will come back in a month, and from there, unlimited calls, so I did not want to egg Jamil on. But to put it in perspective, the expected time of procedure was 1-2 hours. Jamil’s Procedure was about 20 minutes, so there’s some time to be a bit more thorough and maybe make a second round of solution upon request ( which I requested). Nonetheless, he was great, and knowledgeable, I just wish he was a bit more thorough when I asked him to be and also asked to spray certain spots since I didn't see visible solution spray. I want to prevent me utilizing their unlimited service, thats why I asked for it to be thorough. But they were truly great nonetheless.
  
  I will be sure to ask them in a month to be more thorough when they do the second visit.
