  I had reflexology done by Jess after my cancer diagnosis. I needed to relax. I also have gotten a massage by Jess. I always feel so relaxed and so much better after each appointment. I am done active treatment but I am going to continue making appointments with Jess! She does a wonderful job and is very personable. I also love how she prays for you! I highly recommend Green Pastures Holistic Center!

  I started to see Jessica for reflexology as I was having various issues with my body and my doctor wasn't really able to help find out the cause. Although I am not the biggest fan of people touching my feet I do think my appointments with Jessica have helped a lot. The swelling in my leg has gone down, my lower back pain has practically gone away. We have identified some other issues going on in my body that we are working on and overall I just feel better. I would recommend this to anyone. I am looking forward to adding additional services to my monthly appointments, Jessica is the best!

  I go in not knowing what to expect since it was my first massage ever. When I walked in, it was so peaceful and ambient! There were dimmed lights with relaxing music playing in the background. I was impressed and felt very comfortable!
  
  After I was on the table I made sure to take deep breaths just so I remained comfortable since it was my first time. I had made an appointment because I had chronic lower back pain so after explaining this to Jessica, she made sure to pay extra attention to a few specific areas.
  
  It was a truly relaxing and relieving experience! She went as gentle or as hard as I wanted, being very communicative and speaking softly, making the whole experience very relaxing and stress free. I highly recommend making an appointment as soon as possible! You won’t regret it!

  Every time I arrive I am warmly welcomed and treated like a 5 star guest. It's obvious that my well-being is top priority, and I can't wait to return for another treatment! I've had reflexology and massages, and Jessica is very skilled and knowledgeable. She takes time to listen to my needs, and is very personable. I also love her attention to detail in communicating with me. Jessica is a rockstar!

  I have had several appointments with Jessica for both foot reflexology and full body massages. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jessica doesn't see you as a customer, she sees you as a human. She genuinely cares about how you feel and what is going on with you. You develop a relationship with her and get personalized service you don't get from the chain "Massage and Spa" places. If you are looking for a great massage therapist and want to support a local small business owned by a woman, look no further. I can't recommend her enough!!
