A friend of mine which bought a car from them was a lemon. We brought the car back because it couldn't pass the state mandated inspection. The staff was great and understanding, and traded for a better car. Pennsylvania does have a lemon law, but if the car is older than seven years and more than 100K miles it falls out of the lemon law protection . But there's one thing, if the car is being sold for driver's use, it still has to pass the Pennsylvania state mandated inspection. Don't let anyone tell you it's a $1,000 car , what do you expect? It still has to pass inspection. And that's that.
I bought a used car, assuming it would need some work. The people worked with me, and wanted me to be happy. I didn't see any evidence of selling a lemon on purpose. If you buy a car here, you might find that you have to research / think about the repair needs, before making a decision. Personally, extremely happy with the whole process and their flexibility.
