From sales to the installation service, the Greatway team was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the installation work was impeccable. I'm so glad I didn't go with Home Depot/Lowes. I'll be back with all my future flooring needs for sure!

(May 30, 2023, 4:36 pm)Last year we hired AB Carpet to replace most of the carpet in our house and lay a new LVT floor in the kitchen and great room. The advice they gave us was very helpful, and their installers came on time, did wonderful work, and left our home in perfect condition. We would reccomend them to anyone.

Update: We did have the carpet installed as scheduled. With Chris' help, we had an EXTREMELY expensive window seat cushion replaced with a custom cut and bound window seat carpet. This substitution looks better, is more comfortable and saved us well over $500.00! I cannot say enough good things about this firm. -

A few months back we had gone to Greatway to select our carpet- they let us bring home boards and swatches to keep for a few days and see how it would look in the space/different lighting. A few trips back and forth with different options and we finally chose something. Al came over to measure and we scheduled installation back in March. Due to COVID19, we all agreed to postpone the installation and the timing felt safe now. Jose and his partner showed up in masks and gloves today to install and did a perfect job. Well worth the wait! Thrilled with the finished product and the customer service throughout the process. Thank you!

The showroom is beautiful and their one-stop-shop & install experience is very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place as your must visit if you are considering floors and carpets. Thanks for everything Joe, Albert and the rest of the team!
