  We just purchased a Sunesta retractable awning from Great Valley Pool Service. The whole process from sales to installation was done very professionally.

  We had a problem with our pump and GV was great! They made room for us within 2 days, quickly diagnosed our problem and even talked to us on the phone the next day to explain what happened. reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. They'll be our go to from now on for sure.

  We purchased (2) 20' retractable awnings and everything was fantastic. From the very first meeting with Cecil all the way to the install...the process was seamless and professional.   We are very pleased with our awning that we purchased through Great Valley Awning. I highly recommend them for anyone thinking of purchasing a quality awning. From the communication, to the installation, adjustment, and a return visit just to make sure it was working 100% the way it was supposed, it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Just a quality act from the salesman, to the office, to the installers. We are loving our awning!
