Not only does she ensure it is exactly how you want it, but it meets her high standards and she stands behind her work. Highly recommend this store for all your leather needs!   I ordered a custom guitar strap and got exactly what I wanted. Gracia was insistent on making sure I got everything the way I wanted it, including some adjustments after it was finished. I would highly recommend her for any custom leather work.

  Big shout out to the leather genie, they don't call you the leather genie for nothing.
  You surly have grated me my leather wishes.
  The custom belt and wallet for my husband is everything and more. Especially the wallet everyone loves it. Your attention to detail is superbly, the way you capture the image on the wallet says it all. You know you are please with a product when you keep admiring it for days. And I have to point out that the product was done and ship to me in a timely manner. Much thanks to you Gracia, It was a pleasure working with you and I'm looking forward to ordering me a pair of sandals soon.

After discussing my options, she had my bag fixed in about 30 minutes. Repair fee was $25- reasonable. I will definitely be going back here again if my other leather handbags or jacket need repairs.
