  This place is the best. I brought my lawn tractor tire in to get repaired on a Saturday. I asked if I should wait or leave it. Saturday ya know. It was suggested to me; better just drop off and they would call when ready. No problem for me. No sooner than I got home They called back and said my tire was ready. So I went and picked it up . Awesome. Nice drive from my house anyway. Went to put it back on and realized I lost the retaining clip. They said they had one. So I went back. Beautiful. My day was not lost. Only thing was it was close to closing time. I made it there with time to spare. They had the part ready and waiting for me.
  I've had a couple /few services done there. Each time has been a pleasant experience. 5+ stars

  I had a John Deere lawn tractor running on 1 cylinder. Even though when I called I was made aware that the shop repair schedule plus obtaining the needed parts could have resulted in anywhere from a 3.5 to 4 week turnaround, my tractor was picked up, repaired, and delivered in a week! Great communication, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with as well. This is the way all businesses should run. Grafe has a customer for life. Oh, and yes - my D130 runs like new!

  5 STARS + , Mr. Fred Grafe , an absolute pleasure to deal with, Extremely Knowledgeable, Fair minded - (in advising whether worth repair or not). But, Best of all - A Man of his Word, Fair Pricing and Professionalism, par Excellence' . He does what he says and says what he does, no baffling BS. He provides prompt replies, extremely prompt arrival & p/u times = An all around Great Experience, all done with a smile and reasonable expense. Check This Place out & You'll never want anyone else to maintain-repair your equipment. Thank You Again Mr. Fred Grafe - my equipment doing great !!!

  I have been coming here for my small engine needs for MANY years now. Most of my requests are for parts, which he always seems to have in stock. I recently brought in a set of tires for my zero turn to have tubes installed. He turned them around in one day, despite having a sea of repairs he was working on. His prices have been very reasonable, and his advice always top notch. If You have anything from a trimmer to a tractor, this is the place to bring it for tuneups and repairs.
