(September 30, 2022, 6:40 pm)I hired Grace lane to finish 2000sq ft of my basement. I could not be more happy with my decision. Joe Paoletti is the GC that I am working with. Joe is professional, always reachable, and just a great guy. He is always on the job overseeing the work. He really takes ownership of the process. I am so excited about this project for my family to enjoy. I truly believe joe is equally as excited about it as I am. It’s awesome to have a partner in this that has the same energy level and excitement that I have. He is also extremely knowledgeable and is able to offer great ideas to make things “special”, up with the trends, and just plain great. His subs are top quality and all are professionally run companies. I am a very handy person and therefore have an eye for the details. I can say with confidence that all the subs are craftsmen at their trade. They are so eager to make sure I am happy. They keep the job site extremely clean and care about making us happy.
I am a very critical person and hard to please but in this case there is not one thing I can say that I wish happened differently. Thanks a lot Joe!
