(November 22, 2021, 1:38 pm)We ordered 10 pounds of what was listed as pitted Jumbo Chilean prunes.
What we received was 10 pounds of regular (small to medium) sized prunes. just like you would get from a box at the supermarket. We had had real Jumbo Chilean prunes many times before and they were at least two - three times the size of the prunes we received.
The manager called us to say there was a mistake in sending the order. The Chilean Jumbo prunes were not available but their men accidently shipped regular prunes by mistake. He will notify us when the real Jumbo prunes are again available and the matter was resolved in a satisfactory manner. -

Was extremely impressed with their kind gesture of offering to bill me after I received my delivery since I couldn’t complete my order via smartphone a few months back. No one would ever put their trust in a total stranger but they did ! Class act all the way !
I have three exotic parrots who will probably out live me and I wouldn’t dream of purchasing my bulk nuts from any place else ! I’m a customer for life !

The website has great information about all of the products that they carry, I found it very helpful and interesting. The selection is great, with employees who are so helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is fresh and tastes great- always arrives quickly with very fair shipping costs. I've tried some of the other bulk dried fruit and nuts companies online and this one is by far the best! Highly recommend.

The website was easy to use, the prices were super reasonable, the nuts were delivered quickly and the quality of the products cannot be beat. I will be ordering all my dried fruit and nuts from them moving forward!

(November 16, 2019, 11:43 pm)Got the box very quickly. We ordered walnut pieces and they came very well packaged. We opened the bag from inside the box a few days after we received it. They were very fresh (had a handful) and my wife baked them into carrot cake cookies with walnuts and toffee.
They were fresh and delicious.
Highly recommended.
