  I recently remodeled our 2nd bathroom myself, but the old marvel connector and nut on my drain stub-out had gone bad and was no longer holding a water-tight seal with the p-trap. To replace this nut meant cutting the pipe and gluing a new connector on. Rather than do this myself and potentially have a hard time getting proper alignment to the sink drain, I opted to call a professional and pay to avoid any stress.
  
  Jake from Gottier showed up the next day within the time window provided and I can't say enough positive about him. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and kind. We've had multiple service workers in and out of our house since we bought it last fall and Jake was the first and only to wear shoe booties which meant keeping the dirt, pine needles, pollen and pine pitch from our driveway outside. Normally we have to clean this up after someone comes into the house to do work, especially as it typically means multiple trips in and out of the house to get things they need from their service vehicle. Jake was great.
  
  There was a discrepancy on costs/fees involved and after a small phone conversation with a gentleman who I believe may have been the owner, we amicably resolved the issue and moved forward with the repair. Jake's work was flawless and he even used another glued-in pvc extension off the p-trap to eliminate the drain extension assembly I was using which meant fewer nuts and potential points of failure/leakage. We are very happy in the end.
