Love the honey first time I bought it and it's awesome I'll go back soon for two more jars
Recently visited this place bough all of their combs and other types . It taste so different from anything I’ve tried before and I’m a big honey lover but I’m going to put my trust that it is raw and pure honey .
I've been to this spot twice and I am 100% in love. I grew up with the WORST seasonal allergies so when they started to come back I panicked and ran to get some local honey! Me being skeptical of store "local" honey I came across Gooserock Farms. Gave it a shot and I am loving it. They have everything from wildflower honey to hand/facial locations, chap sticks, candles, extracts and more. I'm not even a huge honey person but this place has made me grow to love everything about it. The honey has actually helped my seasonal allergies stay timid and their lotions help so much with my dry winter skin. I truly recommend this to everyone. The experience alone is amazing. Ps: bring exact cash or a check. (:
I would totally recommend this place. Its quite a drive from our place(Bayonne) but be enjoyed the adventure. U reach the end of a driveway and there is small sign indicating you arrived. Simply follow the signs and you will see instructions as you enter the honey house. This is where they keep all the precious honey products. From lip balm, to candles, to soap, to honey, anything u can use from bees, they got it. They also sell fresh eggs 😀 . We bought plenty kinds of local honey. We needed it as Aileen has really bad allergies this season. The wildflower honey is our favorite, u can really taste the hint of pollunated flowers in every drop. Yum yum... and even better, It cleared her allergies, this stuff really does work.. (sure beats over the counter meds). We gave away the other stuff we bought to our friends as gifts ( we are kind like that 😀 ) and all of them were delighted. Heard great feedback from them. We ran into i believe the owner, she was kind and welcomed us. Please be aware that the place is self service. Make sure to bring plenty of cash, they do not accept card. And its not a close drive to any place where u can get cash...Over all. Between the drive, the sightseeing in boonton, nature, and the curiousity of being in this little hut, ,this was a very fun experience for us. And totaly worth the trip. We would definately return for more honey. Please check out our photos as they contain more details of the products they have. A+++++
