  As a fleet customer I'm used to being treated like garbage at most places I go. This place was super friendly. In fact it's probably the nicest mechanic I've ever been to. Totally amazing experience. If you have to wait, like I did, they have outlets, wifi, USB ports. Everything you need to stay comfortable. Just watching this shop deal with other customers was an experience. Great customer service. And... I have no idea how they did it, but my car drove better when I left. Most shops I drive out of my car is either the same, or worse than when I brought it in. Makes me almost not want the new car I'm getting from the fleet sometime this year... Almost.

  The entire staff here and their quality of customer service was absolutely out of this world. They know how to work with customers from a welcoming, friendly, and respectful way. They took great care of my car and treated me with utmost respect.
  
  Ask for Walt. He was a very soft & gentle soul who was very friendly and helpful and got me the best deal possible. Definitely will come again if i need anything.

  Good Year tires in Levittown is EXCELLENT! Sean and Tyler were amazing! They answered all my concerns and they really care about the customer! If you need tires, mechanical work, I highly recommend this place.. GoodYear is so fortunate to have Sean running this location and such a wonderful staff of employees. I will definitely be going back.

  I was at a loss what to for with a leaking tire on a Sunday morning. My usual tire shop was closed, as was my usual mechanic. I have to say that Walt was a perfect gentleman. Good, old fashioned customer service, and despite being short staffed, got my flat fixed within a few hours, and charged a very reasonable price. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
